Policy and Terms

•All orders are processed in the order they are received. High volume in orders can cause delays in processing and shipping time. 

•If your package has not shipped 10 days after your order was placed please contact us. (Excluding Pre-Orders)

•All products are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your order please contact us, we are happy to resolve the issue. 

•Our wigs come from a different facility. If you order a wig and cosmetics in your order they will come in two different packages! You will not be charged extra for your wig shipping as it is included in your wig price unless you specifically only order wigs in your order!

•You will receive a separate email with your wig tracking info! Please allow up to 8-12 business days for shipping (however it normally will not take this long). 

•Please note that when an item is described as a "pre-order", it means that your entire order will be shipped the date the item arrives to our warehouse. If you order other items along with the "pre-order" item, they will also be delayed. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.

•Note that we do not refund any orders under any circumstances. Once an order is placed it can not be canceled!  (SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)

•If under special circumstances your order needs to be canceled and we are contacted within 12 hours of the order being placed there will be a $10 restocking fee applied to the refund.

•If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.

•Processing time can take UP to 2-10 business days! Most likely 1-2 days but it can take longer due to high order volumes!  Our hours are Mon-Friday 9-5.

•Laush & Co. is not responsible for any custom fees with international packages. 

•Laush & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, You personally must contact the United States Postal Service @ (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

•Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable. 

• By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Laush & Co. will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS. 

• Larger orders may be subject to confirmation VIA text or email before your order can be processed and shipped. 

Chargebacks & Stolen Credit Cards. Performing chargebacks for items received and/or using a stolen credit card as payment of an order is not acceptable and punishable by law. In these cases, we reserve the right to regain funds by turning all paperwork over to the authorities.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason in its sole discretion, to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge.
